Our technical department take care of study and design of tools to produce prototypes and production series.
In order to answer to customers requirements the department performs feasibility analysis, optimization and engineering studies.
Tools, components and checking aids are drawn using 2D and 3D CAD working stations as customer needs.
The link between CAD and CAM, the use of an high technology machining department, the skills about special processes (e.g. Tools and components Heat treatments are directly performed in Omsea).
The link between design resources and production department and the operator’s skills, allow Omsea to reach a whole integration between tools, products and their realization with high quality level in all phases.
