Omsea has two quality control departments:

• Incoming quality
• Production quality and dock audit

Their activities consist in various dimensional checks executed as defined control plans using specific measuring instruments as: 3d, non-contact vision measuring machine, specific measurements tools.

Other functional tests are executed in Omsea Control Departments:
Traction test,
Salt spray test
Hardness test
Thickness test

All tests are performed according to specific control plans in order to prevent any trouble during incoming, production and final assembling phases.
