Omsea was established in 1978, as a factory specialized in tool-making and production by cold stamping of sheet metal components mainly for electronic equipments.
Since 1987 Omsea had a rapid growth that led it to propose components for original equipment manufacturers in automotive market.
From the production of simple sheet metal components to more and more complex items, with 100% automatic check, Omsea provides to his customers a fully integrated service.
The evolution of the market request and the property willing, made possible to start the production of a wide range of stamped magnetic laminations for electric motors, and the start up of the fine blanking process with a higher and higher qualitative level.

Today Omsea is settled on a 7.000 mq covered area. The Vialfrè plant is divided into eight high level departments:

Technical Department:
Where ideas becomes projects.

Prototypes department:
Where projects immediately becomes parts and real components.

Tools construction department:
Where the project, trough design and CAD activities, becomes an industrial reality.

Production department:
Where components are stamped and assembled.

Where each department is monitored and checked

Where Omsea knowledge is put at Customer disposal

Purchase and administrative department:
Where resources are fully managed in order to achieve customer satisfaction
