Blanking department is divided into 3 specific areas:

Stamping department, with progressive dies on 30 machines from 80 to 800 t. with automatic coil feed.Recently Omsea started the production of automotive components using Fine dies in the Fine Blanking Department.

Ripresa department, with 16 machines from 40 to 200 t. to execute 2 working phases with automatic or manual part assembling .

-Stamping magnetic laminations,for electric motors using 3 presses for fast blanking, with the aim to obtain assembled packages or single parts.
